We're proud to share that Echo (@echo.tattoos), artist at Wild Crane Tattoos, has won 1st Place – Best Small Color at the 2026 Ink the 6ix Tattoo Expo. The winning piece is a cherry sundae tucked into a hand-painted blue-and-white porcelain cup — a small color realism tattoo packed with texture, fruit, and fine detail.

The Winning Small Color Realism Tattoo: A Cherry Sundae in Blue Porcelain

The award-winning tattoo turns a dessert into a keepsake. Glossy cherries crown a swirl of soft cream, dotted with dew-covered blueberries and tiny golden physalis, with a delicate spoon resting on the side. Wrapping it all is a blue-and-white porcelain cup, its floral pattern hand-drawn in fine blue linework reminiscent of traditional 青花瓷.

It's a demanding brief for such a compact area: soft, glossy fruit and airy cream on one hand, crisp ceramic linework on the other — every highlight, seed, and petal placed with precision. Balancing all of that in a small color realism tattoo, without losing clarity, is exactly what earned it the top spot.

我们非常荣幸地宣布，Wild Crane Tattoos 的纹身师 Echo（@echo.tattoos）在 2026 Ink the 6ix Tattoo Expo 上荣获 Best Small Color 第一名。获奖作品是一枚「青花瓷杯里的樱桃圣代」——在极小的面积里，塞满了质感、水果与精细的细节。

这枚获奖纹身把一份甜品变成了值得珍藏的画面。晶莹的樱桃点缀在柔软的奶油之上，散布着挂着水珠的蓝莓与金黄的灯笼果，一把小勺静静斜倪在杯边。承载这一切的，是一只青花瓷杯——杯身的缠枝花卉以细腻的蓝色线条手绘勾勒，颇有传统青花的韵味。

在如此小的面积里，这是一份极高的要求：一边是柔软、晶亮的水果与蓬松的奶油，一边是清脆利落的瓷器线条，每一处高光、每一粒籽、每一片花瓣都需精准落位。要在一枚小尺寸的彩色写实作品中平衡这一切又不失清晰——这正是它摘得第一的原因。
